getFactors -- computes linear and quadratic factors of a polynomial

Synopsis

Usage:
(L1,L2)=getFactors(f)
Inputs:
- f, a ring element
Outputs:
- L1, a list, containing the linear factors of f
- L2, a list, containing the quadric factors of f

computes a list L1 of linearfactors and a list L2 of quadric factors of a polynomial f.
