certify -- optional argument in randomCurvesOfGenus15

Synopsis

Usage:
C=randomCurveOfGenus15(S,certify=>true)

Description

if certify==true then we check that the result C is the ideal of a smooth curve of desired degree and genus. Note that by construction H¹(I_C)=0, so the curve is connected.
