Some formulae for the injective operator space tensor product

If $ E$ and $ F$ are normed spaces, then [BP91, Prop. 4.1]
$\displaystyle MIN(E) \stackrel{\scriptscriptstyle \vee}{\otimes}MIN(F)$ $\displaystyle \stackrel{\mathrm{cb}}{=}$ $\displaystyle MIN(E \otimes_\lambda F)$  

holds completely isometrically.
