jacobianQ -- compute the Jacobian matrix of the quadratic relations

Synopsis

Usage:
jacobianQ(relPfaf)
Inputs:
- relPfaf, a matrix, row matrix containing the quadratic (Pfaffian) relations
Outputs:
- jacQ, a matrix

We consider the quadratic relations only over the polynomial ring with the a-variables and compute the Jacobian Matrix.
