singularLocusQ -- compute the minimal primes of the singular locus of the Pfaffian relations

Usage:

singularLocusQ(relPfaf)
Inputs:
- relPfaf, a matrix, row matrix containing the quadratic (Pfaffian) relations
Outputs:
- singLocus, a list,

The procedure computes the minimal associated primes of the singular locus of the ideal $Q$ generated by the quadratic (Pfaffian) relations.
