checkLiaison -- checks whether we can have and reverse the liaison construction for a general curve

Synopsis

• Usage:

  c=checkLiaison(g,d,F,G)

• Inputs:

  • g, an integer, the genus of a curve
  • d, a list, the degree of a curve
  • F, a list, a list of degree
  • G, a list, a list of degree
• Outputs:

  • c, a Boolean value, true means that we can link a general curve of degree d and genus g to another curve, via a complete intersection defined by forms of degree F and G, and also reverse the construction. false means that the construction works only for special curves.
