  • Guideline for the solution sheet:
    • Please solve the exercise sheets in groups.
    • It is allowed to hand in your solution sheet in groups of three in the same tutorial.
    • Hand in your group solution sheet in one PDF-file. Send it to the email address of your tutorial group (can be found under "Exercises"). Set all persons of this solution sheet in cc.
  • The link of the zoom-meetings will be sent around 9AM before the lectures. 
  • The registration is closed. The allocation of the exercise sessions will be published soon.
  • When you have concerns to install zoom, there will be recordings of the zoom lectures available on the homepage.

Workload

  • 4 hours lectures, 2 hours excercise session
  • 9 Credit points
  • 60h hours total time for lectures
  • 30h hours total time for excercises
  • 180h hours total time for self-study

Lectures

The lecture takes place on Wednesday and Friday, 10-12h live on zoom.

Exam

There will be an assignment every week which will be posted on Wednesday. You have to hand in via email your solution one week later before the lecture on Wednesday. All assignments will be corrected and scored.

In order to pass this course successfully, you have to meet the following criteria: 

  • attaining 50% of the maximal possible points in all assignments,
  • active participation in the exercise sessions,
  • passing the first or second exam.

Exercises

Die Einteilung in die Übungen erhalten Sie per Email. Falls Sie bis Freitag 14 Uhr keine Email erhalten haben, wenden Sie sich an Herrn Hoff. 

 Schicken Sie Ihre Lösungen der Übungsblätter in einer PDF-Datei an die Emailadresse Ihrer Übungsgruppe. Ergänzen Sie hierzu die angegebene Emailadresse mit @stud.uni-saarland.de. Die Übungsgruppe 5 wird von Herrn Hoff und die Übungsgruppe 11 wird von Herrn Prof. Schreyer gehalten. Die Korrektur der Abgaben übernimmt jedoch Frau Bartel. Deshalb bitten wir Sie, die Abgaben direkt an Frau Bartel zu schicken.
